This Department's activities further the advancement of today's youth as they grow in recognition of their own unique talents, beauty, and inherent nobility. It encourages lives that are rich in terms of both personal fulfillment and service. The Department's activities support avenues of interest into known and as yet undiscovered fields of endeavor that strengthen the natural talents and abilities of today's youth, while assisting them in discovering their importance and the role they play in the building of a better world.
