Do you count yourself among
those changing history?

The Business Branch's area of focus consists of bringing together individuals, who already sense a global shift in consciousness away from "profit by any means" to a more inclusive win-win approach. Those who wish to participate in building a future of inclusiveness, cooperation, collaboration, and high ethical standards within the business community share ideas and opportunities to make significant impacts to the emerging view of an interconnected world community.

business 1a We invite you to become a participant in creating a Globally Conscious Business Model that significantly alters the win-lose profit by any means model currently in practice. Our goal is to set new business standards that focus on creating ethical business practices that ultimately create a sustainable future for all people and the planet.

Transforming  Business Ethics
Our goal is not to focus on what has been done in the past, but to seek and set new business standards that focus on creating ethical business practices that ultimately create a sustainable future for all peoples and the planet. Like the well known axiom, Energy Follows Thought , it is also well known that policy works from the top down so our aim is to create an ethical, principled business community.

Conscious Business Practices

We are living in a growingly complex global society. In order to build a successful, yet sustainable future, business leaders will need to focus on a winning business model that produces a blueprint for success.  Success is not measured by profit alone. Success is measured by:

  • How your profits are obtained
  • How your capital is raised and distributed
  • Business practices that promote sustainable natural resources
  • Business practices that improve the lives of your employees
  • Commitment to your employees success
  • A community outreach program
  • Commitment to problem solving
  • How you are perceived within your industry, your peers, customers, and community
  • Commitment to the future of humanity and the planet

Accomplishment of any business venture requires the successful implementation of:

  1. Commitment: The greater management and personnel share the same commitment, the greater will be their alliance;
  2. Alignment: Establish a focused vision, mission, goals and strategy so everyone knows what where they are headed and when they have arrived;
  3. Implementation: The effective execution of tactics that fulfill the vision, mission and goals of the corporation are more easily achieved with successful teamwork; and
  4. Excellence: A superior product, whether it be an automobile or a presentation is a major factor in the success of any corporation. Feedback from bottom to top is essential to producing a quality product or service.
