ROUNDTABLE TEAM

Founder of The Institute for Global Transformation ®

In September of 2005, the Institute for Global Transformation ® sponsored a Roundtable and Conference
at the Hilton Hotel in Irvine, California. The conference focused on the future of consciousness.
Leaders from very divergent backgrounds spoke on the many ways they, or their organizations,
  contributed to raising consciousness.

During the months leading up to the Conference, this Roundtable team of evolutionary leaders and visionary
activists sat in dialogue and worked to weave a tapestry of alignment and synthesis that would help support
the emerging consciousness taking place upon our planet. Each of these creative thinkers, while possessing
very different approaches and techniques, worked toward one common goal: to honor humanity’s Oneness
while working to Align our Actions in order to create Infinite Possibilities for transforming the world we
  all share.

It is very clear to us, that the world is experiencing critical, yet essential shifts in consciousness and the
Roundtable team continues to work together to find and support ways of leveraging our connectedness
in order to further support this emergence. Our collaborative project is a continuing effort designed
to encourage people to think differently, to reach outside themselves, to interact in new ways that will
move humanity toward higher standards in all areas of life, and a more all-encompassing respect for the
beauty of diversity within our Oneness.

Our project is about shifting thought processes, engaging ourselves in ways we may not have been engaged
before, and introducing practices that encourage and support transformations in consciousness.

To that end, our collaborative project includes:

  1. Once a month, hosted on-line chat rooms,

  2. A search for cause and effect – observe progressions, i.e. seed, seedling, nascent blossom, blossom, flower, fruit, decay, seed to find the cyclic formula within any system and use its inherent rhythm"
    (Pamela Jaye Smith) to help us better understand cycles and their important stages;

  3. Presentation of ways we can begin to utilize this advanced thinking process in practical ways: in business, the sciences, public policy and services, the arts, and in our everyday lives.

  4. A web-hub for connecting the IGT visitors and each other to the various organizations and individuals of
the Roundtable, their projects, services, and products.

  5. Media: using film, the internet, and the printed word, the IGT will produce various media products that inform, illustrate, and inspire.

    • One of the first will be excerpts from the 2005 Consciousness Conference presentations on the
      IGT website.

    • Interviews of various speakers and IGT members will also be available online and on DVD.

    • A documentary film, currently in development, will explore the concepts and visions synergized
      at the 2005 Conference

    • A book on the many facets of consciousness and its future evolution as discussed by the 2005 Roundtable presenters.

By aligning our actions and acting in conscious cooperation with one another we will, with your help,
discover solutions to the core challenges facing humanity and our planet. It is time for those of us, who
consciously work toward global cooperation, inclusiveness, and collaboration, to unite our efforts in
order to assist in the
profound transforms in consciousness currently taking place.
We look forward to our work and journey together.
